There's probably a portion of the people within the Vatican who are against the Pope. XD And I agree with Exkila that Cross hates the Vatican (maybe cause he wants to continue womanising and all that).
But then, so what if the Pope knew that the Earl's base was in Japan? He can't possibly send all the exorcists there to eliminate the Earl, right? I don't think the exorcists are strong enough. Even Cross couldn't injure him (maybe cause the Earl was not in his real form). |
