Old man needs your help

Ok title says it. I love anime fishing online gaming and easy women. BUT I dont for the life of me know how to make a userbar/signature. I am hoping that someone here would be willing to either suggest what programs I need to make one and or make me a decent sig for me. Thanks in advance. Chuck

A program I can suggest would be Photoshop. It's a nice program to start learning how to use it as there are a lot of tutorials out there that teaches you how to make signatures and avatars. :3 It doesn't matter which version either, but the earliest one you can get is Photoshop 7.
