I was not sure were to put this in, but this is urgent!!!! At azurekitunes blog there is an uploaded list with unaccounted and confirmed safe mangaka (also seiyuu etc)

Adult Content Notice
on the unaccounted list there is Hoshino Katsuras name written there. Also people, please if you find something about her or other mangaka leave a message at LJ.

Earthquake Japan and missing mangaka Hoshino Katsura one of them Wings take the shape of people's feelings.
Even if one were to lose everything, it dosen't all disappear at once.
But that also means that, just like the light of a candle burning to the very end,
it only flickers for a brief moment in time.

Hoshino Katsura is safe (according to ANN)Wings take the shape of people's feelings.
