I have to agree. Cross is truly badass. I wonder if Allen can surpass him?

I don't think so.. Allen will probably be a nice general... If they ever decide to promote him. Which would probably take a long, long time.

What I meant was in terms of power and skill. Not his personality or his habits.

In a way, you're right about Allen's long wait to be promoted to a general. They will not do that unless they were ordered by the Vatican because Allen saved the life of someone who is irreplaceable within the organization.
