Hmm....I the real question should be: "What's not to like about DGM?"
Let me think for a bit......
Other than finishing the anime and catching up to the manga, nothing really. I love how much work was put into this anime and anyone can tell that a lot of work went into it. The characters are very well developed (at first I thought that some of the characters were left alone, but further into the manga/anime they were telling their own stories). I was extremely happy that the "villains" were given a thorough background as well. I mean when you read the manga (and even watching the anime though it's only a small hint), one would think that the Noahs might not actually be as bad as they were put out to be in the beginning. I like those sorts of twists, but only if the writer knows how to write it out, and this writer clearly knows what they're doing.
The art used in both the manga and the anime are divine; that word can't really describe it. I like the setting that was used since it seems to fit there personalities of all of the characters and not just the main ones. The manga (and anime) series might be long, but I felt that each of the plots played out very well and helped the reader (and watcher) understand what was going on. The music used for the anime was also my favorite and it really helped to bring out the deep emotions that was intended for the manga.
As stated before, I liked the anime/manga because it was really easy to find a character and relate yourself to them. Even though a world like that doesn't exist, the planning process to make the world come alive made it seem like it was real and again helped to bring the characters' beings alive. (Magna Carta ftw) I am anxiously waiting for the next chapter to come out!
Been a while since I been here....sorry, got lots of work after my huge move.![]()
