There was something about the part-akuma that interests me since I read it. It doesn't really explain Kanda, but...it was said that they became part akuma through 'generations'. Generations can mean children, so...Are they the children of akuma? Right now I can't explain it, since it's hard picturing a disguised akuma (that is, in their human appearance) with a real human and producing a child from it. Yeah, it's a long shot, I know, but to me, the key word was generation.
