Is it just me, or did it come out a week sooner than usual? Or is that just because of New Years..?
But I loved this chapter!! It's even a full 22 pages!

Didn't really answer any questions though. *sigh* Some parts of the chapter seemed a little confusing, and Johnny irritated me. However, Kanda practically rubbing Allen's face off was funny! And poor Allen-kun has been attacked a lot recently, having to worry about the Apocrapper and the Noah/Akuma constantly coming after him v.v. For a second, I thought that Kanda and Johnny were going to lose Allen again, which would be a disappointment. Another 4 chapters of people looking for him would get irritating, and it would seem like Hoshino is stalling. The end of the chapter was such a cliffhanger, so the next chapter should be filled with a lot of Noah awesomeness! That, or it'll be extremely sad seeing Allen trying to fend off the 14th... Either way, the next chapter should be... interesting.

Still no Lavi... And now the 14th is trying to take over Allen.

I agree...I was hoping to at least find something out about Lavi and Bookman. Although we might soon if the 14th does take over. Also, with the Noah being around hovering I can't decide if it indicates Bookman is cooperating or not, or if they are just following Allen. I was glad to see that Kanda at least had the presence of mind to notice something was off about Allen. Johnny's "crush" is kind of getting on my last nerve personally.

Well, there are two Noah there (three if you count Allen). Maybe there'll be some discussion about Lavi or they'll use him as bait. Even though bookman are supposed to be neutral, Allen and maybe...possibly...slighty Kanda see Lavi as friend. Tyki or Weasly might hint at something to set off Allen's martyr-like complex so he willingly goes with them to save Lavi. *shrugs* no idea.

That's the interesting thing about Bookman and Lavi...their recording is neutral supposedly, but their actions aren't. Having been on one side and then the other...even to get a complete record, isn't really neutral. The only way it could be is if they ceased to have any involvement on either side or in any of the events. Each time they fought an akuma, they were no longer neutral. Some might even argue that befriending Allen, regardless of how Lavi or Bookman feel, could alter the course of the war because it might sway Allen's actions and thus is not a neutral stance.

I do think Kanda sees Lavi as a friend, just like with most others he doesn't really show it. I would hate to see Lavi used as bait but it's very likely. I hope you are right and they at least hint at something. I think it makes it worse that none of the other exorcists are talking about it either. It's like they just disappeared from the series.

Still no Lavi...Darn.
But, Tyki just *fangirls* and even Wisely, I'm starting to like him too ^^
So looking forward to the next chapter, things are starting to get very interesting.

Hmm... Hoshino's really been keeping us in the dark when it comes to Lavi and Bookman. When we do see them, it's most likely going to be a huge shocker, and if Allen is there to rescue them, the situation would be even more intense. Either way, unless Allen runs off again, it seems like we'll see Lavi in at least the next 5 chapters.
Also, what do you think Road is doing in this time? Is she still recovering from the apocryphos' attack, or something else? Maybe she's watching over Lavi, trying to get some more questions answered? Or maybe she's scheming to come up with an idea to help Allen or the 14th?

What I want to know is who are the two Noah in the frame on page 20. Presumably one is Nea...

I also wonder about the whole Link situation...something just seems off in his regard and has since the Level 4 attacked the original HQ, but maybe it's just me.
