D. Gray-man Chapter 202 Discussion
It's out!
Great chapter in a long while. The first few pages shows the interaction between the Noah and Bookman. Looks like the Noah have their own agendas since pressing Bookman for info with Lavi and Choaji's livesas the bargaining chip. Not good.
Then next we have the meeting of the higher-ups. They make Hitler wannabe look tame. In all honesty, they must die. Looks like Kanda's innocence is covered in some kind of rust. Is it evolving?
Meanwhile at the cafeteria, Jerry cheered up the exorcists with food. Looks like 1st division is working on a way to remove 14th's memory. All well and good but it may do more harm than good. Lenalee eats to prepare for the upcoming battles for her friends' sake. Nice overall if somebody did not throw an egg at the scientists and 'Allen must die'. On the bright side, looks some official heard it and it is alright and that Allen will not be executed. They were assured but Timothy's innocence senses something off about him. Since he looks like Shou Tucker from FMA... Not good.
At the prison cell, Link gives Allen his food. Take has not eaten for some time since there might be truth serum. Link assured him by letting look what written on the food. Afterwards Link tells his life story to Allen and that he wants to atone for the Third Exorcists. Allen began to understand he has done nothing but hate the Thirds and the 14th without knowing their reasons. Then at that moment, Allen began to lose conciousness. The official who happened to be cardinal appear at his cell and told Link not to let Allen sleep. But then, Link saw the unconscious/killed guards outside. The cardinal pulls a creepy slasher smile reminiscent to that Father Anderson from Hellsing and a demonic hand saying 'Everyone is worried about you especially the Heart".
Looks like Allen is in some deep trouble now. I wonder will Link respond?

That cardial guy doesn't look much like Shou Tucker from FMA... maybe just the head shape and eyebrows... Anyway - could it be Noah? That seems like the anwser to everything but... And that would explain Timothy's innocence reacting... but Timothy hasnt had much chance to encounter different Noah (maybe he didnt encounter the shape-shifting noah and didnt know there was one?) so maybe his innocence desided that it couldnt be...
I'm thinking that we're finally about to find out more about the 14th (Neah) [which isnt that long a name so why was there that whole nickname of young man/similar?] either from Bookman or from Neah himself... speaking of Bookman - he had another Junior? We've always suspected that these Bookmen needed to be free of pledging themselves to either side to record unbiasly so this isnt much of a surprise... but another Junior!?!
Thinking back... It really could be the Noah then because they were talking about the Heart and "protecting" the 14th from it...

Monthly is too long!! we need weekly back! I CANT HANDLE THE SUSPENSE!!!

I hear ya on the suspense. My friend is now catching up on the chapters from where Allen sorta becomes Neah. She's missed a bunch.
This is a very good chapter. I feel so bad for all the exorcists and the scientists. They can never get a break from all this crazyness and then adding some more. Though they are still determined to help each other, be there for one another and save one another.
We see a different side of Link in this chapter where he is concerned for Allen and he holds back on telling the Hitler wannabe anything about him. He even tells him his relation to the third exorcists. I believe Allen has influenced him just a bit.
Then the cardinal shows up (who i thought at first glance was Father Anderson). He seems like he is hidding something both good and bad for Allen. Then there's the scene where he's all creepy and dark looking (Hellsing influence?) where he is much like Father Anderson. My question is, what does he know about the Heart? and how it's worried for Allen?
I'm looking forward to the next chapter but a month is too long for me.

tadaima...minna-san..sorry i have been gone for so long!! ahahah so what have i missed??
well fortunately, i managed to read this chapter in school during our class (what a bad girl)ahah and because of the distractions, i did not absorb the details very well. for all i know, neah is about to arise from allen's body and some officer prevented allen to lose consciousness by using his hand *ugh.
i was very touched when allen is trying to protect his friends' wills and because of the fact that he wont speak up the order.......*blah *blah....i just hate the order now...
but i know that i cant blame them because i might just had the wrong impression of the connection of the order on what is happening now...and because of that, im very confused..who is the real enemy? the noah or the order itself? these are just my curious and confusing questions that i keep asking to my wrung brain,,because..I WANT TO KNOW!!!! .
.
can anyone explain the summary in detail???>///<

XDDD Well, after the fight, Allen has been locked up and the Order are trying to find out where Kanda and Alma are in hope that they can retrieve them and keep using them. Links given Allen some safe food to eat because Allen doesnt trust the Order to not drug him etc. They had a small chat before Allen kinda qued the 14th to talk to him (thats what I thinks going to happen) but of course Allen probably doesnt understand that his thoughts brought that on because he's freaking out and feeling guilty then he's being attacked from within. Now this really suspisious guys says he wants to 'heal' Allen... Did I mention that he knocked out/killed the guards?
I dont think that this Cardial has the right intentions... even if he is the 3rd side, I dont think that he wants to actually help Allen. Maybe use his power for his own intentions but... anyway, I guess.... Link is going to protect Allen and fight this Cardinal.... And Allen and Neah are going to have a nice chat... They'll make an agreement - but we wont see the conditions of it, maybe some of Neahs history though... then maybe a cross cut to Lenalee or Lavi and check in on those guys, before Allen/Neah awakens at an epicly important part of the battle between the Cardinal and Link? That'd be nice
some answers, some action, some tension...and to make a correct perdiction *happy stare into impossible distance*
