I thought it has been mentioned that Earl and the 14th is related somehow (look at how much the Earl wants the 14th even though he betrayed him), then the 14th is Mana's brother, some similarity shd be bound to have

Eh, I doubt it... Way back when Allen met the Earl, the Earl had no idea who he was. The Earl also continued being surprised every time he heard Allen's name, and there's no sign shown by the Earl that he could have known about Allen before he became an exorcist. I think that the only way to describe that would be an amnesia of sorts, but that's just... Eh, it's kinda cheesy x_x

Also, in Reverse Novel 3, the Earl and Mana were in the same place at the same time. Since those novels are made under the instructions of Hoshino herself, that couldn't be a mistake :P I wonder if they're related... Maybe the Earl could be Mana and Neah's dad? XD Eh, takin' a stab in the dark, here XD
