Mine would have to be the moment when they're reunited just before Lenalee is sucked into the Ark. Granted, I love all their moments, but that one continues to really stick out for me (and I watch that episode repeatedly...).

I love it when the ark is collapsing, and Allen yells "Master", 'cause when he does that, he and Lenalee are holding hands, for absolutely no reason xD they just did, and if that doesn't mean something, then I don't know what does :P

Oh, and here's another favourite - when Allen appeared in Edo through the white ark to save Lenalee from the Earl (though Lenalee was unconscious for most of the part)...
