    Default Sports you guys play?

As stated above, it'd be cool to know what kind of sports everyone plays. x]

I often play bowling with a average of 150 and 170 - 180 on a good day. I also love to swim.

I wonder if DDR counts as sports. XDDD

As in fencing or genuine broadsword/rapier/cutlass/etc. at a Renaissance fair? I've done both, and I do enjoy using a cutlass as well as rapier. I've tried using the more heavy weighted swords, but I'm not fond of a two-handed sword, or the sluggishness that comes with a heavier and/or longer one if you use one-hand grade broadswords.

As for generally accepted sports. Hockey and Baseball are paramount. I'm currently playing Tennis for my college this upcoming spring for my second year in a row and am probably getting bumped from Varsity 5th seed singles to 4th or potentially 3rd. If only we had a hockey or baseball team here so I could play for it. :/

Otherwise several other sports casually, but not on a weekly basis like I play or train at like Tennis, Hockey and Baseball. So, those three are basically what I play 80% or more of the time.

I've played handball for 5 years, and football 1 year. (I quitted football that quickly because I played at my brother's team (my brother is almost 2 years older than me) and I was the only girl. In the beginning my friend (a girl) played with me, but suddenly she just stopped coming, so I ended up being alone. It was a little scary to be honest ^^" the boys were....big)

I once tried tennis, but that didn't work out well. The tennis wasn't bad, but people just wouldn't make contact with me ^^" they just....stared)

Then I started Taekwondo and did that for 2 1/2 years (I have Blue 2nd)

Currently I don't have time to do any sports because of school. But two times a week I get up 6:20 (before school) and swim 1000m. ^^

Wow! I wish I can learn sword fighting! How cool of you to be able to do both of those kinds of things!

I'd like to go for the Swimming team but I have no stamina. Ah, right, I forgot to mention that I also play on my school's bowling Varsity! ^^;; I'm going to try out for track and field though.

Hmm I guess it's a preference. It varies depending on what they made the metal from. But even a traditional steel one-handed short sword is a convenient sword. But the reason I like rapiers is the agility factor, and that they are much more concealable than most short swords. even a loop handled dagger with a slightly longer than average blade is a good weapon to try out.

If you know how to use throwing knives it's a very deadly weapon. Try it out on a watermelon and you'll see what it does though use a standard handle if you're doing that, lol. Punch right through one once in a blue moon when I'm doing well when I'm using a standard handled one. Though it's a pain in the ass if the blade doesn't pierce the back side of it... but then that's when I do some field dressing of it with a cutlass XD

So yeah, another month till hockey season. Can't wait to get in front of the net. ^^
