    Default Hello, there.

I am Acappella, I am thirteen years old(wow, shocking. *gasp*), and I love D.Gray-Man. *bows* Feel free to add me, I don't bite...hard~. I am also a Lavi and Tyki fan. *NOT FANGIRL Also, I'm wondering about something. The black boxes you type things in(sorry, I don't have a better description xD), they turn white whenever I type in them, and as the text is also white, I can't see what I am doing. Does anyone know what is happening?

Welcome. ^_^ I have the same thing happen with some of the boxes. Sometimes clicking in the box again will help it, other times you have to click in another box to see what you typed. It is kind of annoying. I know that's not all that helpful, but at least you know it isn't just your computer.

Haha, thanks. I do that second one after I type things. o_- No, no, it was helpful! So it's a bug affecting all, and not my computer having a spazz attack. .u.

hi acappella! welcome to the forum :-) looking forward to seeing you around. we don't bite that hard either though our debates sometimes do get a little heated. but it's all in good fun and in the spirit of ideas and bantering. hope you enjoy yourself here!

btw, do you like singing? just wondering by your name.

Thanks for the welcome! Heheh, well, I'm the type that has nothing better to do than lurk on forums, so I WILL be around. :3 I know that you have a ton of debates on here, I've been lurking for awhile and just happened to notice how heated some debates involving Rhode can get...xP

I used to sing, but I recently took up violin. The screenname stuck to me, however.

cool beans! you've got an orchestra teacher in kalla and a choir nerd in me so we've all got a little something in common besides being fans of this series. rhode and i have our *ahem* moments but i think we can agree we're very passionate about this manga and it just comes off a certain way in the middle of it. besides that, we're chums :-)

if you'd like, go to kalla's post about how and why you came to know DGM and what other animes/mangas you like :-)

    see you around.....

Oh really...I happen to teach orchestra, so that's an interesting coincidence. ^_~ How long have you played?

Just because you're just starting doesn't mean you aren't good, it just means you're a beginner. :P Are you taking lessons privately or through a school program? If you have any questions I'm happy to help. ^_^ As a beginner, position is probably the most important thing and honestly it takes many years to really refine it, so just work to do things right and have fun with it. Don't worry about being "good"; it doesn't matter how good you are at it if you don't enjoy it anyway.

It's a school program, but they have lessons over summer. :3

I have a question, do you know any good, simple songs that I would be able to practice with? :3
