Hello everybody. My presentation will be difficult to read (because it's very long) but please, be patient and read everything from the begining to the end. By the way, I'm French and I know that my english sucks.


About the name : I have the same surname as my grand-grand-father, « Winters », but anyone else in the family has it (just un-official). I don't really understand the fact but no matter what, I pretty like it. For my name, everyone is able to know that nobody in the world coud call himself as « Bone ».
It was a day, my little sister came back from english class, I was cooking rice with thai chicken and then she said : « Ya know, I learnd a new word today !

• Yeah ? What is it ?
• « Bone »
• Ah, That's now the teacher decided to teach you that ? Isn't it a little late (about four years in « collège » and they're still with the vocabulary lists... That teacher is a bit old and senile, so I understand...) ?
• Yeah, but no matter what, from now I'm calling you « Bone » ! [insert huge smile here]
• « Bone » ? Why me ? [insert WTF face here]
• Ah, but I thougt that « Bone Winters » sounded completely crazy, it really suits to you !
• ... »

And that's how I called myself ike this... Writting about that, I won't reaveal my true name, it sucks...


Gender : I know, it doesn't seem obvious that I'm a girl with such a way of speaking. I assume the fact that I'm totally non-feminine (exept physically)


Jobs and things like this : I'm a student in the « Université de Strasbourg », I'm in Arts and design pole and I have a martial arts option. At the moment, I work in a bar to earn some pocket money. Next month begins the real deal, I'll finally draw to work !


What I like : Fights, to draw and focuse on my project (I'd like to draw comics), read books (from novels to manga, everything that comes to my hands), make tea and drink tea (so, of course, I love my teapot), to walk in the streets when it goes dark, to break the rules, to climb up, to learn foreign languages, to cook, to sew and to write sooo long stupid things (even if I don't master the language at all).


What I hate : RULES ! Coffe, waeklings, shrimps (I mean, the shellfish), stupids, hypocrites, white chocolate, chips, vengeance, when the meat isn't crude, polite poeple, etiquettes, churches, geography, my goddamn sense of direction, speaking about the future, poeple who don't do anything, promises (because they're all lies !), do the washing, working at the bar, alcohol, cigarette's smell, drugs, smoke, good looking accessories, and of all those things, what I hate the most is LOVE (because it seems to exist only in films and novels, bleh !). I also don't like bananas, french cooking (it's not spicy enough for me) and when there's no ink in my pencil anymore, so I have to buy another one.


My curriculum vitae : This part doesn't concern you at all, so I'll go directly to the next chapter.


My age : I'm 18 (born on the 4th of July in 1993, at 3 a.m, so I'm Cancer)


Hobbies : Collecting weapons and masks, fighting, drawing and cooking cakes for my little sister.


About music : I listen absolutely everything, exept rap-music...


Manga and animes : D. Gray-man, Naruto, Bleach, Kamunagara, Samurai Deeper Kyô, Kamiyadori, Jushin Enbu, Soul Eater, Ergo Proxy, Full Metal Alchemist, Code Geass […] And also one-shots. I have a huge bookcase, I wish you to understand the fact that it's too boring to re-write every title.


What do I look like : Ew... So we are... Well, I'm 1.63 meter and 48 kilogrammes, I'm not fat at all (I do too much sport, so...), I'm really looking like a girl, that means I am not broad-shouldered, even with all that sport. I have long legs, so I'm well composed and poeple say that I have a cute face. My skin is not pale, I'm more like Asian poeple (I have Asian origins so, that's logical). I look like a 14 year-old girl, so I make up to suit better to my real age. I have long, thick and very dark hair with red highlights when it's sunny. I use to attach them for practical reasons, I let them free only for the bath or to sleep. My eyes are pale hazel, when I'm in the light they are grey-yellow-green. I have very small and clear eyebrows (that doesn't mean I dye my hair, I'm just born like this), so my nickname was a time « eyebrowless » (very witty...). I have a lot of scars on my body because I used to live in the « ZUP », it's the kind of place to attract the wrong poeple, that was a very exhausting part of my life... Whatever, I don't think I'm ugly, so I will never complain about my physical condition (especially because I'm very healthy and stronger than I look). I wear in black the most of the time, but it also won't be a shocking new if I wear a white or a dark-red shirt. When the weather starts to be colder, I wear a off-white poncho. For shoes, I use to wear black boots with a red lace for the left and a bright-green lace for the right. When I don't have to kick asses, I wear zori. At home, I only have socks. When I go outside I'm always with a mask or a scarf, I don't know why, but it's hard to get rid of habits (especially when they are bad...).


You don't have to know me mentally, I better want you to make your own opinion about this point.


Top 3 in D. Gray-man :
1/ Sokaro (WTF ? Oo) : Nothing to do with my surname ! I love fighters, I love bloodsheds, I love mad poeple, so I love the general. I think he's funny (that's a point I won't explain). And I'd like to have that crazy weapon of his in my collection (and also his mask, it would scare burglars).
2/ Kanda : I ike swordsmen. I know he's pretty, but I like his character.
3/ Komui : Usually, I don't ike scientists, but this guy's just so funny. And I like his double personnality.

Ah, and just call me « Bone » it will be fine (except if you plan on calling me by my surname, what I don't really appreciate).

But how can you hate coffee!? D: I love coffee... Have you even tried French vanilla coffee with milk and like three or five spoons of sugar? It's my favorite kind :D
I like shrimp, but not when they still have their faces and legs :P

Well, about the coffee : it makes your teeth yellow, and if you drink a lot every day, they become grey, I don't like the taste, and for that french coffee, I hate milk either and I already tried (I'm French, so...).


I like shrimps when they are fried, fine sliced. But I'm the one cook at home, so I'm the one to see their faces and legs (and I admit, that's really not funny to do it. The worst is the smell...)

I think that might have been one the best introductions I have read yet. The only question I have left is where did your profile pic come from? Is that a self portrait or a character from a comic you're drawing?

I love tea too! but probably not the same kind you're talking about ~_^. I'm from the south (in the States) and I like iced sweet black tea.

With 24 posts already its obvious how much you like to write, so I look forward to talking with you in the various threads. But I hope you also post some of your artwork as well (you may have already, I haven't been in the forum in a while and haven't looked around yet).

Oh, that's kind ! Hearing such a thing whenever English isn't my mother tongue... Well, thank you. ^^

The drawing is from me, it's based on a photo of myself. But, my skin isn't that pale that's a point that didn't go well with THAT scaner (not mine)... Yeah, I do look always like this (except to work, it's not very polite to be at the bar with the mask... =p), I like to make up a lot, I have tiny eyebrows and my hair is a bit curly (just like Rukia in "Bleach", but shorter ^^) and kinda wild...

Nah, not the same at all, I like green tea, my favorite is with sakura flowers =p

I don't like to write that much, but I like to give my own opinion. That's not really the same. I didn't post my artwork already, I have to get back my scaner, the real deal (maybe tomorrow or in two days). I'll give ya the link in a private message when it's done ^^

Oh, yeah, I enjoy the forum, I have so much fun, poeple are funny here (and they have crazy hypothesis) ! =)
