Please maintain respect to all individuals on the board at all times. As we are a diverse community, there are a wide range of opinions, experiences, backgrounds and ages. Tolerance!

I. Conduct:

• No Flaming
• NEVER make topics or ask about episode release times.
• No Abuse towards other members
• Attempting to converse with other users in a suspicious or unorthodox manner in which this site is not intended for (dating, personal contact information, etc.), is subject to discretion by the Moderating Team as well as the administrator and may result in the possibility of an Immediate banning.
• No Racist Dialogue or Content
• Offensive User Names will not be accepted. (They will be altered or rejected at registration)
• No Porn, or almost Porn, or maybe this is Porn. If you have to ask “Is this Porn?” It probably is.
• Using commentary in regards to any reference or terms that may hint at a sexual or undesired term may result in a warning and pending suspension, and/or banning if the Moderation and Administrator feel that it is the proper response to any such commentary. There may be circumstances in which marginal comments may be allowed to be spoken given it is not of an undesirable nature. Basically if your grandma would whack you over the head with a inch thick wooden spoon for saying it, DONT.
• No Advertising of commercial websites/services in any way, method or form.
  Commercial is defined as accepting payments and/or donations even in the case it is not a profit-driven entity.
• No advertising of same nature non-profit/free bulletin boards
• If someone replies "thanks" , "thank you" , "nice share" "merci" or whatever in this spirit, he is welcomed to stay and enjoy Endless-Naruto.com Community friendship (should this lead to an EXCESSIVE use to gain post count, we will remove post count.)
• Replies consisting of gibberish: "ghslhfdgklhj" , "eeeeeeeee" , "aaaaaaaa" , "gt hy tr ss " ect ect will be deleted and user banned.
• Always CODE your links. That means use these tags when posting a download

• Do not advertise other sites without the permission of the owner and the permission of the staff of D-Gray-Man.com If this happens you will be given a warning and if it constantly happens a suspension / ban may be in your way.
• Do not go of topic on any topic in the forum! This will be dealt with seriously and cause ban / forum privileges
• Do not post topics with "HELP" or "WHY" use a good topic title.
• Do not post Scams / Frauds Or referral links to other websites saying if you sign up you will win something.
• Do not private message site staff for help of any kind. We have set up contact forms and forums so you can contact us that way.
• Always use the Spoiler tags when posting spoilers on the forum.

II. Avatar Limits

• Its size cannot be greater than 150x150 pixels ( height x width ) and 100KB
• It shouldn't be offensive in any way
• All avatars should be hosted on a image hosting website such as tinypic.com or imageshack.us

III. Signature Limits

• Signature's length cannot be greater than 380 characters.
• Your total signature space allowed is 550 (Width) x 400 (Height). This includes space taken up by closed spoiler tags, text and images.

Signature Space:

If your signature takes up more space than this it is violating our rules.

• Images placed in the signature cannot be offensive in any way.
• One image can be used in the signature ONCE only.
• Advertising forums or other sites in the signature is strongly prohibited ( will resolve in the signature deletion and a warning! ).
• A sig cannot contain any links to a blog or forum.
• You may have up to three sigs / pics in your signature. All others must be in the spoiler tag or not there at all.
• Signatures must be in English, only!
• Political or a religion signature are not allowed.

IV. Enforcement and Appeals:

All of the preceding rules will be enforced and the users of this forums MUST abide to these rules as well as the following rules within. Depending on the severity of the breaking of the forum rules will determine the punishment, and it will be discussed by the Moderation Team and the administrator on what actions will be taken. Attempting to plead the case that has no merit will be read and if found to be as such will be declined any lowering of the severity of the punishment(s) induced.

V: Guidelines to the rules of the forums.

• The interpretation of the rules of these forums are subject to the Administrator and the Moderation team only.
• No leeway is given unless it is found to be of a non-disruptive manner.
• Complaints of commentary not found by the Administrator or the Moderation team to be breaking the policies in this page will be read and discarded.
• Reports of cases of rules being broken of a severe nature if the moderation team had yet to observe, and had taken place in what is deemed "recent memory" are seen as cause for action to be taken upon the user having broken the rule(s) stated.
• All users are strongly urged and advised to review the rules of the forums on a week to week basis to ensure no unintentional comments are made of the forums that could have been made between forums users elsewhere.
• Outright slandering and insults of a seemingly disparagingly and crude nature are considered flaming under the official Ninth definition of the term flaming:

i just have a question... while reading the rules it says that your avatar can be at max 125x125 px, but... when uploading one, you're allowed to have one that's up to 150 px?
Also... i didn't get the part about the "thank you"s and "endless-naruto" xD
