The 14th's crest on shoes?

When I was reading the Ark battle arc, I noticed that Road and Tyki have the crest on the bottoms of their shoes. I was wondering why that is and what it has to to with the 14th. I don't think it's just decoration, after all, why go to the trouble?
Maybe it's the noah's crest, maybe it doesn't mean anything at all, but I'm curious...

I think that's the Noahs' crest. Something like a family crest.

yeah it is quite strange, it obviously has something to do with the noah
but it's strange that its on the score for the musican

If you remember back correctly when they were first discussing notions of the fourteenth, there were only certian people given the right to control the Ark and as obviously noted, the 14th was one of those people. Which insinuates that he is of GREAT importance not only to the Earl, but to the entire family.

Now, when it comes to a family in the old days, everything carries that family's creast, right down to every cufflink, letter etc. Now the sheet music for the Muscian's song is actually Noah family property, and because of the 14th position in the family, or former position I should say, he was entrusted with this property. Which explains why the music coincides with the crest on the shoes etc. Its actually a pretty easy question to figure out in my mind. Or for my assumptions anyway .

I agree with you... the crest is a family one and since 14th used to be Noah it would be understandable if the music score held the old crest before he betrayed them...
