if cross was still alive, then wouldnt tim be able to like know where he is/
and cross should be alive cause after he got shot they didnt find his body

Remember the panel where Cross officially made a recording and said he would give tim to allen? Maybe at that moment, he severed his bond with timcampy so that timcampy can't track cross anymore. After all, we don't know why tim is able to find cross.

His creator, the 14th, is dead. And allen is now the sucessor of the 14th so...
