The 14th wants to kill Earl and take his place (thats what he said in ch. 189)..

maybe when Mana slashed allen as an akuma, that was how he put the memories into him or whatever... and then when he saw the music score the noah's memories recognized it and thats why his eye took on that unsual pattern
