hey guys , i want to ask a question??
is naruto a good anime to watch?!?my friends and my sister are trying to make me watch it... and whenever i decide to watch it I bring up any excuse not to -__-
is it really that good

Erm.. I personally watch it because I am used to it.. I mean I am not that excited, but I do expect DB's next Naruto release.

Naruto is cool, but the anime is a complete drag. I wouldn't recommend you to watch it unless you have a lot of free time.

The manga is the best. If you start watching the anime, you'll get very easily bored.
Read the manga it's really good.

Though, chances are, you'll get bored with that too...I got bored, but that was because I discovered d.gray-man :P (and because sasuke annoyed me to death) but enough of that. I'm still reading the newest updates.

The manga has been really good as of late, and from what I've been told, and which is why I'm slowly catching up in the anime, one of the Shippuuden filler arcs that recently ended was really good since it gave a lot of the background to the storyline and gives more background to Asuma and a few other characters including the Third hokage. So personally I tended to enjoy the anime in Japanese with English subs. It's a totally massive improvement from the English versions with out having Believe it or the terrible voice acting the US/Canada version does.

Endless' site, Endless Naruto has everything you need in regards to the anime and manga, and everything is direct download, so you don't need to torrent it. Endless is going to be doing a big update on that site soon, and I'm going to be thereafter be updating a large amount of information about various aspects of the series too. So be sure to check it out there.

All in all, I'd rate Naruto a 8/10 and the Shippuuden series a 9/10 as I'm not prone to give everything I like 10/10s like most people. So Basically the Manga gets a 9/10, but since its faster to go through you miss a lot of details and background to the series that are sometimes important to understanding the series better in exchange for skipping dialogue and flashbacks.

Naruto is the best manga I've ever read x3 I read it in English, Finnish sounds so... weird. Too weird. But, manga is much better than anime, because it doesn't move as slowly as anime does. I have read Naruto about three years, and I haven't watched anime completely XD I'm too lazy. And at first I couldn't stand the art in anime, or the handseals - somehow I forgot those when I had to try. XD I was addicted after I had watched first episode. But then I concentrated on the manga. It's soooo much better. And Itachi is the best character, he was the main reason - along with Sasuke - why I ended up watching Naruto in the first place.
